Mitch ThibeaultLovely story. Characters development is really well grasped. Adults are bit unreasonably cruel or unfair to juice up the plot drama but I still enjoyed it a lot.

Mitch ThibeaultStoryline/plot is actually really good. Bit far fetched at times but nothing too delusional. Main problem is perhaps the characters weren’t acting their age… Felt more HS behaviour than college graduate adulthood struggles.

Mitch ThibeaultDidn’t think I would enjoy this book as much as I did. I don’t enjoy country music nor the culture around it but the characters were relatable and you cannot but simply root for them.

Mitch ThibeaultGuess it’s a fan favourite for a reason. The way you just let yourself be transported in this fairytale story with endearing characters is giving something you didn’t know you needed. Reread it after watching the movie and enjoyed it just as much as the first time and enjoyed the complexities the movie couldn’t reach.
