"Several movies have taken seriously the lives of comics, not not the particular challenges that Black comics face. Stellar acting by Hart & Snipes and great supporting cast. "

"I think this slipped under the radar for most people even though Netflix does a stellar job at marketing their shows 🤪. Think a show loosely based on Kevin Hart's life, not one of his extremely silly movies (I'm looking at you The Man from Toronto). Think the show Entourage on HBO. Then throw in an unexpected dark crime thriller. The episodes are only about 30 minutes each, and by the end of the 1st episode I was hooked because of the unexpected twist. And when I thought I knew what I was in for, the end of the 2nd episode threw another curve ball at me. Kevin Hart shows he's not just a one trick comedy pony, and Wesley Snipes proves he hasn't lost his acting chops playing Kevin's big brother. It is a fantastic thriller that should be given a shot if you haven't seen it. Like I said short episodes, so try the 1st one and I'll bet you are hooked by the end."
