Mysticism, religion, good vs evil… it’s a really amazing show that doesn’t get a true planned series ending but is nevertheless so worth the 2 season watch. "

"Underrated and unknown this story is a great story of the forces of good and evil. It holds simularities to "the stand" but holds up as its own story. Be warned, it ends on a cliffhanger but will worth the journey. If you watch it you'll be another hoping for its return! "

"I liked the carnies and the religious chaos in this show, despite the casual racism on display. The hatred depicted is very American, southern "hospitality" in flavour and covers fears of otherness, women, liberals, non-Christians and all those other, typical, conservative concerns you expect from the slave states. The fantasy world propping all of this is well conceived and vividly bleak."
