"Season Two is out now. This show is a nice casual watch with a unique premise. A mysterious machine prints a card telling the user their life purpose. This comedy examines a close knit town, Deerfield, and all of that ensues as a result its residents receiving this information. I liked the idea of examining the effects of such knowledge. I found myself engaged in the unfolding drama of this community as different residents take different courses of action. The characters are fun and it’s a great show if you are in the mood for something light."

"I love the premise of this show in that one can learn their life’s potential but knowing that information poses lots of issues both good and bad. Although it has a fantasy element and is a little silly and oversimplified, its still worth the watch.I also like how each episode focuses on a different character but they are all connected in a small town. Chris O’Dowd can do no wrong in my opinion and is as charming and funny as ever. "

"I never expected to binge-watch this show. It has just the right level of human connectivity, mystery, and sci-fi. I'm glad to see it has a second season coming. I wonder if reading the book would be a spoiler for it though."
