"Definitely #offbeat & #crazy, but I enjoyed MOST of it… and it was #bingeworthy, so I’d recommend it — Especially for Billy Eilish’s breakout role & character in Episode 5 🤩 (very good!) “Swarm” is a #HorrorSatire #darkcomedy #Thriller about a young black woman, Dre (Dominique Fishback), who is #obsessed with a Beyoncé-type pop star named Ni'Jah; when she meets people who are not reverential of her #QueenBee, she dispenses swift, blunt, #KillBill justice via sledgehammer, kettlebell, cast-iron frying pan or whatever other heavy object ... ▪️Being a Native Texan from Houston, my favorite line came from Damson Idris’ character in Episode 5 (“Girl, Bye”) to Dre, the #toxic #fangirl #fanatic: “Put the gun down…. "Probably the most unique show I've ever seen, it feels influenced by horror style, but is more just psychological thriller, and to avoid spoilers I'll leave it at that. As for a second season, I personally don't think it needs one, but I could see it continuing because the ending seemed a bit vague/ambiguous. "

"This show was wild! Dominique Fishback perfectly portrayed a deranged superfan of the fictional Beyoncé-esque music icon Ni’Jah. If you’re into serial killer stuff, definitely check this out. There’s only 7 episodes and they’re all short. The 6th episode was the only let down… for some reason that episode focused on a detective character that’s searching for Dre. It felt entirely out of place and didn’t serve any role in the overall story. "

"“Who’s your favorite artist?” First and foremost Donald Glover is a freaking genius. The way it plays into the real word Beyoncé bee-hive crazed fans. It’s also not everyday we get to see a black woman as a serial killer. Then it loosely inspired by true events and puts its own twist on it. Around this time Twitter was so much different then what it is today. Any real fan of his hit show “Atlanta” will get those vibes like it’s all in the same weird but funny universe. Except this takes place in Houston and the stakes are much higher. This is the satire horror that I love to watch. Dominique Fishback gives a incredible performance in the same vein of past psychos like “Joker” and “American Psycho. That’s just how good she was and the beautiful Chloe Bailey needs more roles please. I honestly could have finished this in one day because that’s just how addictive these 30 minute episodes are. But I decided to take my time with it and enjoyed every episode from start to finish. There is even a crazy cameo that becomes almost scene stealing. Too bad this is a limited series because I would love to see more. (It’s only one other fan base that is just as crazy as the bee-hive and that’s the barbs lol)"

"I just couldn't get into it with such an easily unlikable MC. Dre was absolutely bonkers and she made it so hard to become emotionally invested in this show at all. So many nice people that gave her weird 455 a shot and were willing to be her friend and she betrayed em all. She was selfish and delusional, completely unhinged to the point where I had zero empathy for her, only extreme dislike. It was quite an experience but fell short overall. Wish they would've tried to make her more likeable by showing signs of remorse after each k!ll. Wouldve helped more than they know, at least for me personally. "

"Great series! Has a unique slasher storyline. The filming was great and the acting was really good. Big shout-out to Billy E. For being an amazing guest star in it. She did amazing for her first camera role. Overall I recommend watching this series. I watched it in a day. #Swarm #horror #Crazy "
