"If you like series that you can learn from, you should like this. The Leopard is a 19th century Italian prince who tries to keep his family’s noble status during the unification of Italy by Garibaldi and the red shirts. At its center is a love story with the Prince’s daughter Concetta and his nephew Tancredi. I liked the pageantry of the ballroom and opera scenes, elaborate costumes. "
