I think it’s in the late 1800’s in England or Scotland. Instead of being built around a family with servants, the plot is built around the people working at a store. The owner is striving to make it the biggest and best department store. The very last episode ties all the plots up in a neat little bow. "

There's a charming focus on working class characters like in Downtown Abbey, but the intricacies of the drama are not as complicated so it's a light watch. There are only a couple of seasons so it's something you could binge in no time. "
