"This limited series had so much promise and that is why I am rating it four stars ⭐. The entire storyline of seven episodes revolves around the design house of Paul Sabine in Paris and his family business. Each is a colorful character and that grows with each episode. The back stories of each character and their agendas make this a good and addictive series. The family has a large secret to hide, and has a cutthroat nature. The last episode seems to end on a cliffhanger, or at least that is how it seems to me. It makes me wonder if a second season was planned but cancelled. Up until that last episode, I was enjoying the acting performances of the ensemble cast, and the colorful stories. Oh well. (Warning: ⚠️ Some brief scenes of male and female nudity.)"

"There is not many movies/TV about post war recuperation, whether it’s a business or individual path of overcoming collective trauma. This one has both. Pretty good drama about striving to return to normalcy which more often than not is an impossible feat. "
