"I gave this show a chance because of Taran Killam but I wasn’t initially crazy about it. I kept watching and this group of single parents and their kids really grew on me. The storylines that showed the kids handling things that ultimately became a lesson for the adults were great and there was real growth as parents and people with each character. Had some potential romances between characters too. Funny and touching. "
