"I was really hoping to like this one, as it started out interesting, but it just moved too painfully slow, for my tastes. The cinematography of the vast beautiful landscapes is definitely noteworthy, but I struggled to stay interested even though I was invested in the characters. I found it hard to follow some of the dialogue at times, and other times, some of the night scenes were difficult to see. Thankfully it was a quick watch at just 6 episodes even though it was agonizingly slow at times. Too many negatives outweigh the good things in this series for me. 5/10"

"Visually stunning with an amazing soundtrack, this epic western/love story has great performances from Chaske Spencer, Rafe Spall and the always enchanting Emily Blunt. However it can be hard to follow til the big reveal in the season finale, which gets a little cringy. I really liked it but it definitely has its faults. "

"I keep getting tricked into watching these brutal ass shows. I came in hearing romance and was immediately assaulted with gore violence and brutality... It's a tough one, like makes your sound ick tough. It's a good story with good acting and cool characters, but for me it was more of a horror than a romance and the ending got no less dismal than the rest. Of you like hell on wheels, the continentalthen you'll like this."
