The gasping and some of the exaggerated expressions are a bit cringy to me but I liked the storyline and the likable main character, she’s cute and funny as well as the guy’s friend is pretty funny too. And then the white cat, oh it broke my heart when she told him she didn’t love him anymore and he grew to looking like a very sad, unfed mangy looking cat again! I wanted to yell at her to take that back!!! 🥺"

"Wow! I don't know why I put off watching Suzume because it's a new favorite with an emotional punch. The animation and the soundtrack are absolutely stunning. I wasn't expecting to feel so nervous for Souta. I definitely wasn't expecting to laugh so hard at a three-legged children's chair running all over the place, and I really wasn't expecting to cry so hard at the finale. Whew!"
