"I love SciFy and medical thrillers I love genetics in general. This book borders on the edge of what could go wrong with technology. It has the feel of a Black Mirror episode. "

"Prey takes us into the world of nanomachines and presents to us the hopes for uses as well as imaginative threats that may arise from them as they get mixed with A.I.. We take a front row seat as we follow a scientist who assisted in the creation of this technology and witness the discovery of a new life form. It does a fantastic job at explaining how evolution works, and more importantly, shows it off in a very staggeringly exaggerated manner, making this book equal parts sci-fi and biology centered. "
