"As society constantly reminds us, not everyone is what they seem, and this book proves that. Filled with beautiful lies, deception, and dark secrets, this book takes you on an emotional journey that only takes place in the matter of a few hours. I could NOT put this down. The Plato was so engaging and anxiety inducing, I just had to know what happened next. Everyone has secrets, even people you thought you knew best. And secrets can get you killed. Another masterpiece from Holly Jackson—10/10!"
"This book was SOOO good. It had so much suspense and character development that always kept it intriguing. It’s a pretty slow book in the beginning considering the whole plot takes place in a 31 foot RV 😉, but I still never found myself bored. The ending was an insane twist I wasn’t expecting at all. Definitely recommend if you like thrillers and mysteries."
"(DNF) I enjoyed the scenes filled with actions, but I had to stop reading halfway through because I couldn’t stand the narration. There were SO MUCH sentimentality (and honestly—self-pity) that it distracted me from the “thriller” part of the book. The mc is a complete reticent ingénue, and her best-friend’s brother is even worst in character. Disappointing truly. I expected more now that I really liked “A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder”."
