"Such a fun book! Action packed and very fast paced! I love Scarlet and Wolf! Thorne is hilarious, I love his relationship with Cinder, their banter is *chef's kiss* though I hope Cinder and Kai are reunited. Definitely a series worth checking out!"

"This was great and really exceeded my expectations for a sequel! Scarlet, Thorne and, Wolf were great additions to the cast! I'm definitely not the target demographic for this anymore and found it a little simple but I can't deny it was an exciting page turner!"

"Just a really good book, never thought that the story of "Little Red Riding Hood " and sci-fi could work well together, but they do!"

"Red Riding Hood Book 2 (Lunar Series) - Scarlet is such a passionate fighter for what she believes in and for whom she loves. Wolf seems like my perfect man loyal and protective "

"There is just something about the guys you meet in book two. Between Wolf and Thorne, who cares about Kai and being emperor, I'd rather go traipsing around with those two. The banter between Thorne and Cinder and the blossoming friendship there makes me excited for the rest of the series. Wolf proves that dogs are better than guys; pairing him with Scarlet and I'm seeing a spin off series that would be amazing. Kai continues to be the weakest character and unfortunately he's paired with one of the coolest characters in the story, but I don't think her strength is gonna give him any extra points. Also, are we seriously to believe that the earth has seen 4 world wars and they still haven't figured out the appeasement strategy doesn't work when dealing with a dictator? Come on people, get it together. 6/10."

"I didn’t enjoy this one quite as much as the first, but it was still really good. My biggest grievance is honestly more of a “me problem” than it is an actual issue with the book: and that’s that I can’t read the words “alpha” or “beta” without cringing.
Also, the alpha/beta/omega hierarchy in wolves was actually disproven. The theory was based on research by Rudolph Schenkel in 1949, but when he tried to replicate his experiments he found that the real reason some wolves obeyed others wasn’t because of a hierarchical structure, but because the “alphas” they were following were the parents of the pack. The “betas” and “omegas” were just cubs."

"Great progression of the story from the first book. I thought it was really interesting to continue the story through a different character’s perspective. "
