"It’s crazy that someone who is supposed to “do no harm” could be considered one of the most prolific serial killers in American history. It’s horrific really. Especially considering that Cullen’s former employers KNEW or at least suspected that he was killing patients yet did nothing for the sake of the hospital’s reputation. The fact that someone could be slightly ill and go to the one place where they should receive adequate care, a hospital, only to die needlessly is unbelievable. The one moment in the documentary that really got to me was when Amy was recounting a former patient coding and Cullen giving the patient lidocaine, only for a doctor to question the medication. I swear, when Amy vouched for Charlie and the doctor revealed that the patient was allergic to lidocaine, a chill went down my spine."

"Still shocking that this continued for so long… so much easier to sweep it under the rug but we expect more, particularly from medical institutions. "

"Get ready to get angry! I'm of the mind that nurses are angels on earth...except this one might actually be from hell. This doc focuses on the ways this "angel of death" was able to continue killing through organizational corruption and suppression. Enjoy!"

"Wild documentary.. it really makes you think about who you can trust. A nurse is someone who's supposed to make you better, and this man was running around murdering his patients. Smh. "

"I remember hearing about this case before but this goes into so much more detail and explains it well. Shame on those hospitals for shuffling this guy around. At least now there is a law because of this. I also noticed I lived in the city at the same time he was working at one of the hospitals in it. I also feel a bit slimey after knowing St. Luke’s role in this. Bless that one nurse that did the right thing!"
