"This is one of the sloppiest movies I've ever seen. Not even mentioning the bad rewrites to fulfill Rowling's fantasies, this is the epitome of lazy writing. I'm not kidding when I say a character gives a recap of the first two movies by speaking exactly what happens to another character. Eddie Redmayne is the only perk, he's fantastic in the role as Newt. Skip it, these movies just get worse and worse. "
"Very well put together to make sure to tie together things of why some things happened in some of the Harry Potter movies, like Dumbledore removing his own memories with his wand or even Harry Potter's father and mother. It wasn't as good as the first two, but it was still good. I would recommend seeing it if you watched the other two movies."
"Who cares about any of the characters??… but I like Dumbledore and Mads Mikkelsen. "

"After loving the first two movies, I am sad that this one fell flat. Several moments of convenient/lazy writing, characters not getting a full arc or depth to their roles. Some that don’t or barely even return. There is some nice context added to the Harry Potter storyline, but otherwise just wasn’t for me. If there are more movies, hopefully what was lacking in this, is made up for in the next. "
