The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug

"This is a strange movie. The pacing is off, our main character gets knocked out and isn't present for the climax, and character decisions seem to change for almost no reason. It feels like this and The Battle Of Five Armies could be condensed into same movie and it would be a better movie. "

"The best of the three movies. The romance that was even in the book, is sweet. Evangeline Lilly steals the show and her character isn’t even in the book either. There’s also plenty of good Fantasy and adventure in this one too. Bilbo and the dwarves are up against giant spiders, orcs and a dragon."

"How many times can you be captured in one movie? But we do get daddy legolas back so huge plus. Also the ending with the dragon was spectacular without spoiling too much. "
