Leonard Shelby is tracking down the man who raped and murdered his wife. The difficulty of locating his wife's killer, however, is compounded by the fact that he suffers from a rare, untreatable form of short-term memory loss. Although he can recall details of life before his accident, Leonard cannot remember what happened fifteen minutes ago, where he's going, or why.

"The way this movie is structured is really cool and also really really well done! You are on the ride with the protagonist and want to know the answers just as much as he does. But for me it’s a two watch movie once to watch blind and another to see all the signs you missed on the first watch. One of Christopher Nolan’s best and you can take that from me as someone who isn’t the biggest fan of his."
