"I know I say, “I drink and I watch things.” Denzel Washington drinks and flies planes here. Dumb jokes aside, I love this film. It’s a bummer in many ways but the story is strong and the cast is outstanding. Denzel does not do bad work. Ever."

"A remarkable true story of a heroic pilot who must contend with his personal struggles and where to draw the line for accountability. Both a depiction of the talent of a man who was the best at his trade and the disappointing effects when the same man remains in denial of his addictions. Denzel delivers on both accounts and captivates the viewer enough to become invested in learning what it takes to finally address the bondage of dependency. "

"A sober reminder that the dude that currently has my life in his hands 36,000 feet above the ground may be on the verge.""

"Great movie. Denzel Washington should have won an Oscar for his performance. To me, he did a tremendous job. John Goodman is wonderful as well. Really great story. You will not regret watching this. "

"This is a movie I go back to. There is a scene at the end where the main character has to make a decision that I think impacts his very soul. Amazing acting and special effects. Love this movie"

"Terrible movie; it's almost shameful how Denzel was cast. An alcoholic with terrible relationships who sells out a woman he's involved with so he doesn't take the blame for an airplane crash? Nope!"
