"Christmas slasher remake that felt like a remnant from the 90s Scream era. I appreciated the twist on the plot a lot more after seeing the original, but as a standalone horror, it felt a little janky. I watched this years ago and was wondering why I couldn't remember anything about it. It's easily forgettable, but okay for a gory background filler."

This year i decided to watch it again, since my tastes have changed, and it's much more fun to watch than it had in the past. if you're looking for a good cheesy slasher, this is a fun easy watch."
