I wish it had been just one chapter longer because I didn't want it to end just yet. It's one of those "I wish I could read this again for the first time" books.

Dramatic without getting to soap opera levels of melodrama with realistic characters and plot twists. The main character is smart without being pretentious and manages to keep her wits all the way through the book. Highly recommend

A who died, a whodunit, and a high intensity drama all at once. I didn't expect it to work, but it really did. I had to finish it. I had to know the answers.

Painful, heartbreaking, and beautiful. The illustrations give the story a powerful ambiance without distracting the reader. It will likely have you crying by the end, but it is worth the read.
