Terri Canington⭐️4.3 I really enjoyed this one! Beyond the 🌶️, it was super hard for me to put down. I liked the intimacy between Anastasia and Nate I mean the helping Stassie skate when her partner (Arron) was a big back of D’s and decided to get hurt and blame it on Nate. To Christmas vacation to Washington and Colorado. This book really did tug on my heartstrings, and I’ve got to give the author a giant kudos! Thank you for making it all work in the end for Nate and Stassie! You had me on my toes at the end there 😂

Terri Canington⭐️ 4 I liked it. Overall, I really enjoyed ACOTAR. My mother-in-law introduced it to me and I had a hard time putting it down. However this is me branching. I’m not the type to branch from my preferred genre. I’ve got to say Romantacy isn’t all that bad. The book ticked me though when Feyre was under the mountain and Tamlin wouldn’t do anything for her. Knew he was a d-bag, but still gave him the benefit of the doubt until then. Given that this is my first Fantasy read since good old Harry Potter. This was a very slow read for me; granted, it does take me a day or so when I’m not coming out of a reading slump. Feyre is the youngest in her family and from the start I don’t care too much for her two sisters nor her dad (I mean come on, she’s providing for everyone in the household and nobody wants to pick up some slack), so it wasn’t hard for me to understand the transition between the shack they lived in, to Tamlin taking her to spring court to “pay her debt” for killing his Faerie friend (it’s been a while since I’ve finished so I’m sorry if I’m spelling these wrong.) Okay 👍 moving on. The next part I remember in the book was Summer solstice. She wasn’t allowed to be involved in festivities, yada yada, we get it she’s mortal. Then she defies Tamp- oops, Tamlins orders by going anyways and drinking faerie wine- okay 👍 lesson learnt- don’t drink the forbidden faerie wine if you’re a mortal. Then in comes Rhysand (hubba hubba, am I right ladies??? No. Not quite yet) this is a strech because I haven’t read this book in a bit, but Tamlin is supposed to ‘find’ his ‘mate’ (please note how I have these in quotations). But he ends up finding Feyre and naughty stuff goes down… okay we get it your a ***** immortal that can’t keep it in his pants for mortals 🙄 once again moving on. Under the mountain is where I got hooked because things started to add up for me. Overall I enjoyed reading it, idk if I’ll ever pick up book 2 though.
