"So this mockumentary show is supposed to be akin to The Office or Parks & Recreation but in a hospital setting . I have watched the first two episodes and it is slightly disappointing so far. It has some funny moments but feels like it’s trying way too hard. Wendy Mclendon Covey plays the hospital Administrator in the style of Michael Scott (Steve Carrell) but I find her character more annoying than funny (and I really like her as an actress). David Alan Grier and Allison Tolman are the highlights of the show along with a few other smaller characters. I think the idea of this show has a lot of potential and I hope it improves. "
