"To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect starting this series. Am I suppose to be laughing? It’s definitely some dark humour but on a serious subject. I view Toni Collette in a whole new light. I’ve seen her in several movies/TV shows but her performance was astonishing! DID is not something I know anything about. However, I believe she portrays the disorder quite well —for viewers who don’t understand the disorder whatsoever. Overdramatized? 150%. Kudos to Tara’s family members for being patient and accepting of her alters; good or bad and everything that comes along with each alter. This is a funny series that is completely unpredictable and full of laughs, twists and turns (literally) and can hold attention! I was intrigued immediately. Im halfway through the series and really enjoying it. 8/10⭐️"
