"I’m giving this book in the series a bit of a lower score because it was much slower pace than the first two. I ended up having to restart it and felt like I didn’t get into it until the second half of the book. Once it picked up though - it was really good!! Everything to do with the Weaver and the Carver peaked my interest - though I have some words about what became of them and am in need of a stand alone, spin off book for those two characters. Come on Sarah Maas!! 😆 "
"This book was good. It was very long and some parts were hard to get through. Again, I feel she could have split the book into two books. I liked all the twists and turns. You really didn’t know who to trust and just when it seemed like there was no hope, things turned around. I’m excited to read the next book and then finish the series! "

"Incredible. I am often disappointed with written war scenes in novels, but this book described fantastic battles. I shed a few tears, I got upset with some unfavorable deaths, and relished in the frustration from our hated Tamlin. This author really knows what she is doing! Would recommend to any fantasy lover.
