""If you are wondering why other worlds seems so brimmed full of magic compared with your own dreary earth. Consider how magical this world seems from another perspective."<br/><br/>Truer words have never been spoken. I enjoyed how this story was told through a book. It made it more enchanting I guess. And the explanation of Doors. I could have listen to forever.<br/><br/>The character reveal was a nice setup. I adored them very much. Though I felt they needed a tiny bit more depth. Especially with the side characters who almost felt like place holders. Ah to travel worlds in a blink. Every readers dream. This was a great premise.<br/><br/>Still while the world building was nice there was a lack there of, unique animals and plant life. The world's needing more history to add that layer of richness. Although the writing style flowed well and made each word carry weight.<br/><br/>All in all I loved the adventure and the heroines growing into their skin. Also the way it was written felt as if they were talking to me and I've always cherished that technique."

"It read like a young adult book. Quite cheesy and predictable. Kind of cliched. I really struggled to finish this book. The characters lacked depth, and I can even tell that the author ATTEMPTED to make the characters complicated but she just didn’t succeed. I didn’t enjoy the jumping between January’s story, Adelaide’s story, and Yule Ian’s story. The inclusion of Jane’s and Samuel’s characters didn’t add a lot to the book IMO "
