"I can usually figure out who the culprit is in most mystery books, but this one actually surprised me. The writing pushes you away from initial questions or suspicions. I thoroughly enjoyed it; and i enjoyed the connections among the characters that were revealed. I’ve read some good books this year; ranking this near the top. Fast paced and had me shook. Finished in about three days. "
