"With every holiday themed slasher out there—Halloween being the most popular with at least 5 Christmas slashers of varying degrees of fame duking it out for the rest of the Top 5—you’re ultimately going to find the ones who succeed in lesser holidays. Not by quality but lack of competition: Fourth of July, Easter, Mother’s Day, April Fools, even just birthdays, so a Valentine’s Day slasher would have to get at least one thing right; if you’re not going to be scary, it should AT LEAST be sexy. And, honestly, it’s neither. This is a dry, chalky box of mediocre mystery, dull kills and a generic villain, in a movie that wants to be I Know What You Did Last Summer more than anything but with half the energy. If you’re just going into this movie for David Boreanaz, the rest of the movie is really not worth watching through. "
"7/10. I am not a big fan of serial killer movies, but that's not the worst one. Minus one star because of the photoshoping one of the actresses in such a way she looks like Buffy - definitely to gain attention of Bangel fans. Do not be fooles, there is no Sarah Michelle Gellar in this movie."
"Interesting slasher film. At the end your confused of who’s the actual killer. With killer bleeding from the nose."

"Good old fashioned 80’s style slasher from 2001. I liked the suspense, the Valentine's cards, and finding out who the killer was. Bonus it's by the same Director of Urban Legends."
