"I loved this movie when I was a child I would watch it over and over again, I was obsessed. I remember always wanting to live in it with all it’s weirdness, amazing animation and hot dogs I always wanted those hot dogs..also one of the best parade scenes since Ferris Bueller’s Day off. The voice acting was always one my favorite parts when I was little I could just sit back and just listen to it, I thought it was all very soothing. Not to mention my favorite the spooky darkness of the circus the aesthetics where off the charts and even edges on horror. As for the story it’s pretty simple and not as strong as the visuals and voice acting that’s what really does all the heavy lifting. "
"This is another movie that falls under 'clueless parents make a goth child'. For kids with strong constitutions this will be a fast favourite. It lulls you into a false sense of security with cool animation and banging tunes, then leads you on heart wrenchingly emotional journey that ends in a horrifying freak show that will haunt your formative years. This movie has enough to keep both the kids and adults entertained and is a good benchmark when searching for cool people to hang out with."
"We’re Back! A Dinosaur’s Story (1993) is an animated adventure film based on the 1987 children's book by Hudson Talbott. The movie follows a group of dinosaurs—Rex, Elsa, Woog, and Dweeb—who are given intelligence and friendly personalities through Brain Grain cereal created by an inventor named Captain Neweyes. Transported from the prehistoric past to present-day New York City, the dinosaurs are sent on a mission to fulfill children’s wishes of seeing real, friendly dinosaurs.
In New York, they befriend two kids, Louie and Cecilia, who are looking for adventure and companionship. However, the evil Professor Screweyes, Captain Neweyes' twisted brother, schemes to undo the dinosaurs' transformation and exploit them in his creepy circus. The movie's themes revolve around friendship, kindness, and the courage to confront fear. As the dinosaurs and kids face Screweyes, they learn valuable lessons about bravery and hope, ultimately finding their place in the world by bringing joy to others. The film combines humor, heart, and excitement, making it a nostalgic story for fans of family-friendly animation.
