user๐๐Gorgeous and such a well-told story. You can tell so much love and passion went into making this show. Although it's animated, it definitely appeals to older audience members as well as younger with its mixture of mature themes and dark moments throughout the 2nd and 3rd season. Also most of the show is not episodical and does follow a storyline to keep audiences engaged and wanting to see what happens next. There are so many brilliant aspects and it will always hold a special place in my heart
user๐๐such a good and gorgeous show. the look of it, the soundtrack, just everything is gorgeous. we watch it every year near Halloween. highly recommend
user๐๐an amazing comedy/drama that is well-crafted and beautifully done. although it is technically a kids show it is more targeted towards older kids and up. even as an almost adult I thoroughly enjoyed it start to finish and find it a great comfort show. the music, animation, storyline, acting, etc are all amazing. plus each episode is about 10 mins long with 10 episodes per each four seasons. it was sadly taken off HBO Max but you can still purchase it on iTunes or other stores-if you're interested I promise it's worth the money
user๐๐I watched this while I was in Rome over the summer with no expectations going into it and damn it was good. I understand it can be a lot to take in the beginning, but I promise itโs such a hilarious and heartbreaking show that had me unexpectedly crying at the end. Itโs such a brilliantly told and unforgettable story whose message I will always take with me. Itโs a comfort to any person who may be feeling lost or uncertain in life despite where you are in the world. Itโs funny cause going to a new country people are usually interested in the history, and while I understand its importance, I think this story will always be more memorable to me than any of the history I learned on that trip cause of itโs raw and honest look into some random personโs life who lives an ocean away from me who Iโll probably never cross paths with that I, also as a person, could relate to. It shows our connectedness as humans no matter who or where we are in the world or despite our culture or background. Overall I highly recommend and thereโs another show by the same person on Netflix too if you enjoyed this one!

One of the things I loved and was fascinated about in this trilogy was its exploration to a pretty severe degree of the philosophical question "Do the ends justify the means?" So it's always interesting to talk to people who've read the books to know what their answers are in terms of this particular example, and if ends do justify the means (which I believe can in certain examples but not in this one imo) where do y'all personally draw the line?

user๐๐Was nervous to give this a try considering I'm not a huge fan of musicals & usually don't watch shows like it. But it definitely has a charm to it and I actually really enjoyed it. It's funny cause I feel like it didn't hit me how much I liked it until I had a day or 2 to really digest and sit on it. It's by no means perfect, but the more I rewatch the more I fall in love with the characters, storyline, music, lyrics, etc. There's so many brillaint aspects imo (that overpower the weaker ones) and it was a solid first season. I highly recommend if you're curious. Also the MUSIC. most of the songs will have parts I like and dislike but there's quite a few parts that are just so satistying that are such perfection like they scratch that itch in my brain they're just so ugh Overall Iโm excited for the second season and can't wait to see where they go with the storyline and characters since there is a lot of room for more potential
