It does that modern comedy thing where they’ll pause for too long after a joke, assuming that you’ll laugh to fill the silence but it ends up being soul crushingly awkward. Bruh just stop redoing amazing British shows but worse."

""Ghosts" is stupid... in the best way possible. It gets better and better, so don't give up until at least the fourth episode. They are only 20-something minutes, so it's not that long. It certainly will not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like "The Good Place" and "Good Omens" you certainly should check it out. "Ghosts" is light and fluffy, and very relaxing. While some people prefer the British version, I find that one too grating and dark. I tried it first and I really could not make it through the entire first episode (mostly due to the washerwoman and caveman- ugh!). The fans of the British version say it is less nuanced and less intelligent, but I think the American version has far more heart and in times like these, a little bit of light silliness is exactly what the doctor ordered."
