"After watching the original movie with the same name, my wife and I got hooked on watching this series. Some episodes are better than others but one thing that remains a constant is how people that are desperate for love will believe just about anything in hopes of making a connection with someone. Sometimes sad, sometimes uplifting but always entertaining. 8.5/10"

"Have been following Catfish since the OG movie documentary filmed with Nev, Max, and his brother. Although I definitely prefer the earlier seasons, the show has evolved through COVID and technology and really does help people with either meeting their cyber love interests or finally allowing them to move on. "

"I love this show SO MUCH, which tracks because I LOVE love. I also love Nev, how much he also loves love, and every single co-host that has ever graced that set. It makes me so ridiculously happy whenever it actually works out for everyone, and I am such a happy crier 🥹🥹 I believe this show is saving so many people from themselves and their belief in the person who is scamming them out of their money and emotions. I also believe it helps people come together who otherwise would have spent so much more time being miserable being too afraid to meet the one they love. Anyone who says the show is fake or doesn’t like Nev is all the way out of their entire damn mind. If you haven’t seen it idk where you’ve been lol, but everyone ever should give it a go. Even if you’re a full-on monster of a human who hates love, you’re in luck bc they have that too 👍 "
