"It was really funny and enjoyable at first, but they completely ruined Wang Ling’s character at the end of the series in my opinion. Not every story needs a romance, especially when there’s no chemistry between the two supposed ‘love interests’.
Not to mention casual fatphobia that I’m tired of seeing in anime and donghua; as well as unwell-written female characters."

"I found plenty of dopamine hits watching this one. A big thanks for this would go to some of the very intriguing music throughout the series. The third season, I do not quite understand what happened as the whole season seemed to be filler. This made it feel very unnecessary to watch and I will honestly find a short recap of the season on YouTube when I rewatch the show instead. Looking past this, which I think is worth doing, the first, second, and especially fourth season make for a fantastic show."
