"This is definitely my least favorite of the STEMinist novellas. I didn't adore either of the main characters, and though the romance was cute enough, it was also just too short to have any true substance. A fun, fast read, but nothing to brag about."

"If you like LOTB or TLH you will probably like this novella. The one thing I felt was missing was the banter and character quarks I love in her books. Hannah and Ian’s physical descriptions are also very similar to the other books. There are a couple spicy scenes 2/5 🌶️ level. "

"Hannah was the most likable from the group of women from this series. I think if the story had been longer than I might have enjoyed it but there just wasn’t enough to it for me to say I liked it. Very slow burn and then as soon as they’re finally together the book is over. As with every other Ali Hazelwood book I’ve read, I don’t think she’s the author for me. Something always falls flat and misses the mark and unfortunately this is another of those. "

"Yo, this HAS to be the sweetest one out of the three books!!! I love Ian soooo much, he is absolutely adorable and is a gentleman. Also, it’s really hot he’s like a genius😆 Our main character, Hannah…she has commitment issues, which I definitely relate to. It did caused them to be on and off—her not being ready for a relationship. But nonetheless, I enjoyed it since it added more complexity to the story."
