"Rogue One is easily the best Disney era Star Wars movie, funnily enough it was also the movie that was the most complete before Disney took over. Jyn Erso is a very compelling character, but the supporting cast makes this movie top notch. Every character feels fleshed out and like they belong. Rogue One feels like a genuine love letter to the original trilogy, being full of references and a decent amount of fan service without being overwhelming. I wholeheartedly recommend Rogue One to any Star Wars fan."
