"A bit too slow but has a certain creep factor."

"𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿  is such a chilling and elegant psychological horror/thriller  that’s very subtle & much more realistic. It has a classic feel like “rosemary’s baby” that I liked a lot. They do a good job of making you feel isolated and lost in translation (unless your Romanian) along with her. The silence of the film is loud and the noise seems even louder. I do feel the character Julia made very questionable choices throughout the film. It’s  a very slow burn that kept me glued to my screen. "

"Turned this on before bed for something to fall asleep through, instead stayed up to late cause I couldn’t stop watching it. I would say it was a slow burn with an applauded ending!"

"It’s Lost in Translation but in Bucharest and throw in a serial killer. And no Bill Murray. Okay maybe it’s not. There’s some good stuff here and there’s some boring stuff here. It’s a paranoid thriller that thrills sometimes. Nothing new here though. It’s alright. "
