The Thing from Another World

"This is a fairly acted military science fiction movie about a otherworldly visit from a creature nobody can seem to identify. The creature seems to use human blood to thrive in a way no one can understand. This plot is set on a military base in the north pole. The suspenseful build up to seeing the creature is pretty good. There are minimal effects, but the few that are seen are used well."
