"I have looked forward to this movie for a year. Just a fantastic action movie. Top tier. Now, I yelled out loud WTF and laughed in astonishment at the audacity at times, but that’s part of the fun. New gimmick: compressed explosions. As long as you’re at least three feet from the rocket launcher explosion, you’re fine. There is a super fatal flaw near the end. And, it cozies right up against the line of being a superhero movie without crossing it. But, this is so, so, so good. Gonna be a fantastic rewatchable. You feel inside the prison (again) yard scene. Set up perfectly for the trilogy. Despite my complaints, this is dare I say? No, never mind. But it’s close. "

"Um…this might have been the worst action movie that I have ever watched! If you haven’t watched the first one, I don’t think you’ll have much issue with this, it basically recaps the ending of the first one. I forgot all about the first and I felt like it was fine. Although, I felt like I was watch a video game with call of duty + the walking dead in some scenes! 🤣 It was over dramatic, unrealistic in so many ways, and just stupid at one point. It was so long and unbearable for me to watch. For example, how does a helicopter fall, explode in front of rail tracks, and then the train goes through the tracks safely…the helicopter disappeared! 🤣 Main character is Superman..no he completely out-staged Superman with his recovery skills! 😆 He went through a coma, shot in the neck, immobilization, and so much more and yet was fine? Something’s wrong there. From the beginning I was completely hooked off. There seems to be a third coming out due to the ending. I also don’t know if anyone else might feel this way, but I feel like this film hit lots of stereotypes which was also a reason I didn’t enjoy it. It had a lot of stereotypes towards Islamic people/religion, which is a preach a struggle and this movie can cause more damage with these projection. It was very violent but still unrealistic. Lack of inclusion and shows a lot more masculine energy with ‘damsel in distress’ kind of projection. Sure, they add his sidekick as a female, but we barely got to see her in as much! "

"I was kinda bored watching this, I was easily getting distracted or started falling asleep. Im not entirely sure if it was the movie itself, or if maybe I wasn't feeling an action movie like I though or if I was already tired to begin with, but regardless I was never so not into a movie since I saw Twilight. I don't remember the first Extraction movie super well, but I remember enough to know I thought it was good, and that this one was definitely not at the same level. And apparently there's already plans for a third installation, so yeah. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯"
