"I loved this book as a kid I borrowed my dads copy and read it all the time. Finally saw the movie and, some of it lived up to the book but I guess my imagination at 8-9 years old was just better than what Hollywood could come up with. If you’ve never read the book, it’s a pretty good movie. Off you have, it’s a poor substitute.(as they often are)"

"Ender's Game details the incredible testing of a child forced to grow up too soon in order to ensure the safety of the world. The ending both rocked me and touched me profoundly, and will surely stick with me for some time after. #thought_provoking The graphics were on-point, and while at first the main actor's acting feels wooden, I came to realize it was an integral piece of the puzzle that was the character Ender. #outer_space #action #science_fiction #drama #futuristic #aliens #basedonbooks"

"I only read the first book, and the general consensus regarding this movie is 💩. However, as Battlefield Earth has set the absolute lowest mark for great sci-fi books being led to the abattoir by incompetent filmmakers - who likely don't bother reading the book(s) they're adapting for the screen - this was 100% better."
