"I love anything Amanda Bynes and this is one of my favorite films with her leading it -if not absolute favorite- that I find myself watching pretty regularly. Movies around this time were so creative and not worried about making offensive jokes which is a big plus for me. It's something I always put on in the background because it's a certified comfort movie. All the actors/actresses are so great and have amazing chemistry that makes this such a genuinely comedic film. It's also a romance between Channing Tatum and Amanda Bynes (fun fact: Bynes personally picked Tatum) that has a believable concept. I feel like this movie gives enough and doesn't skimp on anything where I feel it needs more of this or that which is what makes it so easy to wat h over and over again. I'm so glad it's on Netflix for the time being because it's a gem of Amanda Bynes. Her change in appearance is the only thing that's not the most realistic, but that's what adds to its comedic genius. The message of the movie is clear and fits even with all the chaos of what's happening to Bynes' character. The soundtrack's awesome, too, and fits the movie well. It's a classic 2000s film that I wish we had more of today. I'd rate this a 10/10 🖤"
