It goes by very quickly. Rumplestiltskin is one of my favorite fairytales and it was fantastic how it was retold. The cliffhanger will have you thinking about it for days. I haven't stopped thinking about it since finishing it. I miss the characters and just want to return! Beautiful, gorgeous, to die for!"

The story seems to drag and slow down. This would have been a great 300-400 page novel. But the cliffhanger!! I need to get the second book now."

cora_collett shared a tip "If you want a new twist to an old bedtime story then read Gilded. It was a great story that had me engulfed in the world and the people in it. The only issue I had with it was....the ending. No spoilers here, the climax of the story hits just before the end. If you could call it an end, it gives me a hope for a second book but I would have liked a full ending since I was thought I was just a one off read. But that was my only issue the rest of the book was awesome and would recommend reading!"
