"I’ve now read every book in this series and while I liked it, it kind of felt like I was reading the same book over and over with a slight variation in the main character. It was always a boy and a girl, one royal and one who may or may not be royal, easily falling in love. A villain driven by greed to kill the royal family and seize the throne and kingdom to expand their interests. And in each book, the same type of character is killed, even when there’s more than one. "

"OML this book is actually amazing, a librarian recommended it to me when I asked for fairytale/ kingdom/ romance books with action. I 100% suggest this book, it’s a twist on Snow White but it’s so slight that you don’t really realize it until about halfway through. Oh and there’s three others, each about a different fairytale jammed with action and great romance (I should add that I don’t typically enjoy romance but this wasn’t forced and the books didn’t center around it and it was really well-written). I just freaking love this book so much and I wanted to share. "
