Amanda is happily married to Ed, works as an architect, and likes her life. But disturbances begin to upset her. Odd noises haunt their apartment. She suffers occasional blackouts, yet there is no medical explanation. She and her husband have petty squabbles, and Ed seems less than lovable. The image of a beautiful woman out of her past invades Amanda's dreams. Instead of a book she had ordered by mail, she receives Demon Possession, Past and Present. Soon after, Amanda accidentally burns her husband with a cigarette. Something seemed to take her over. She begins to study the book on possession. Does everything that has happened have a rational explanation? Are the coincidences that have occurred just that? Or has she been possessed by a female demon known to students of the Kabbalah as Naamah?

"One of the most accurate books I've read on demonic possession. Depressing its authenticity. "

"It's creepy. I like the description of the development from beginning to end. It's a short read that you can't put down until it's over. "

"One of the scariest books I've read. The hopelessness builds as you read, and it stays with you long after the last page."

"A bleak tale of demonic possession that genuinely freaked me out and made me wonder if I myself am possessed 👏😱"

"Come Closer was a quick, creepy, and fun read. It was a fast-paced possession novel, and I was really happy with it after being disappointed by my last two reads. It's not anything gory, but it's definitely an eerie little book. It's probably not going to surprise you - it's not full of twists and turns or anything wild - but it's one that will stick with you. I wish it would have been longer, and I'll definitely read another novel by Gran."

"A short but perfectly paced read, just enough mystery and intrigue to keep you hooked then it quickly escalates. The horror of not having control of your own body, of not being totally lucid was perfectly written. Throughly enjoyed from beginning to end. Highly recommend. "

"Really good. I liked this book a lot it wasn’t too slow or dragged out and still developed the plot and characters well. The ending was also really good and it was difficult to put down !"
