I would sughest you wat h the movies and then read the books. I've also heard that there is going to be a new percey jaxson series on disney plus. Also it invlides a lot of greek mythology, so might want to do a little resear h before watching so you get it more. All in all, do watch unless youve read the books."

When I first watched it I was, like, 8 and I hadn’t payed that much attention to the books so a lot kinda flew over my head, but yeah it’s definitely a good watch if you haven’t seen the books.
