"RWBY may have been made by an action studio, but it's the story and characters that make it shine. The creator, Monty Oum, is an absolute genius, and I'm heartbroken he wasn't able to finish his story. It's incredible how many details are introduced in volume 1 that only get paid off several seasons later. And even though the music isn't my usual genre, I have huge respect for Jeff and Casey Williams. The lyrics and the musicality are incredible. For a first watch through, I recommend doing some basic research on the beginnings of the show and, if possible, watching with someone who can explain a little bit of simple lore (especially semblances.)"

RWBY is such an amazing well written show, I have been a fan since day one so for 11 years I have seen this show change to what it is now and I am not disappointed at all! The main characters are powerful women with amazing in depth character development. For an anime-like show there is NO fan service or cliches they treat their series subjects with care and not to mention that the story is so good it starts as a mha like story but then completely changes into something 10 times better! If you love Arcane I highly recommended RWBY all the amazing people who work on this show deserve the popularity."

"I love the series, but I'm not going to lie. It isn't as good as I wish it was. The animation in the first couple of volumes isn't great, but the plot and the characters made up for it greatly. The concepts and ideas throughout the series are great, but many of them aren't executed very well. The animation in the later volumes improved a lot, specially in volume 9, so that's good. Hopefully, that'll improve in the future. I love RWBY and want to see it improve."
