If you looking for cool fights that rival the other popular Jump series you’ll be sadly disappointed. I found Denji refreshing he’s empathic yet selfish, crass yet surprisingly delicate at times, Simpleminded yet a wise for his level. I think he both is very shonen and anti-shonen. Your enjoyment of the show will be based around Denji; do you care for his antics, his relationships, his growth? If so you’ll enjoy this season and the future seasons to come if not then you might as well drop it. "

"After loving Blue Eye Samurai, I decided it was finally time to check out some anime. I’ve watched the first episode or two of about 10 different shows. And I’ve learned a few things. First, Blue Eye Samurai is not anime. And second, most anime is not for me. However, this was an exception. Such a weird, violent, wonderful world. If you know any more that are this good, let me know. "
