From Colleen Hoover, the #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Starts with Us and It Ends with Us, a heart-wrenching love story that proves attraction at first sight can be messy. When Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she doesn't think it's love at first sight. They wouldn’t even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn’t want love, she doesn’t have time for love, so that just leaves the sex. Their arrangement could be surprisingly seamless, as long as Tate can stick to the only two rules Miles has for her. Never ask about the past. Don’t expect a future. They think they can handle it, but realize almost immediately they can’t handle it at all. Hearts get infiltrated. Promises get broken. Rules get shattered. Love gets ugly.

"I HATE this book. I just finished it so my anger is still fresh as I’m typing this review. So, here it comes… As much as I felt heartbroken for Tate, as much as I was thinking that she doesn’t deserve any of this, I couldn’t not be angry at her. She knew what she put herself through, she knew what she had to do to end things, but still she didn’t do it… she did NOT want to do it. I hate that she made me question wether she even has any self-respect. As of Miles… I tried to feel for him but I failed every single time. I understand where he is coming from but his actions made my blood boil on many occasions. He had no right to do what he did to Tate, no right to make her feel all she felt… Gosh, their love was definitely a toxic one, and I don’t know how people are cheering it. The ending of this book infuriated me the most. I don’t really know what I was expecting but I sure know that I did not want to see things get “resolved” in what felt like two seconds. This books was a big no no for me…"
