"This is super good. It’s hard to have to measure yourself against MCU budgets, but this acquits itself very well. The fight scenes seem really true to the comics. I love Helen and Lucy, and I guess they deserve their paydays, but these roles seem beneath them and they don’t add much to the desired demographic. Come on DC, stay in the game. Figure it out. "

"I heard this movie was terrible, but wanted to give it a chance. I liked the first one. This movie wasn’t that bad. It wasn’t great. Just not bad. One of the main characters’ behavior really bugged me. I understand we they were the way they were, but still. The family dynamic does hit you in the feels. The love the foster family has for their kids is just amazing. I hope more kids get homes with guardians like that. If you ignore all of that and the deeper psychological lessons this movie has, it’s just not good. I’m glad to have finally had the chance to watch it. Would I watch it again? Probably not. "
